Commissioned by Mindfulness Scotland, this qualitative study by Maria Higgins explored the experiences of people with a cancer diagnosis attending Maggie's Centre at Gartnavel General Hospital, participating in a group programme known as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), with the aim to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
